honestly mtp is completely different than passing a bill, it doesn't commit to anything except bringing it to the floor and debating if McConnell goes "lol whatever" to pass it then that's an issue and yeah it's a total possibility. They don't have 60 for full repeal which has already flunked the cbo scoring iirc and the original bill was murdered in its sleep as well. I'm more worried this is a second bite at the AHCA apple now that McConnell's had time to twist arms and bribe.
