And by nice I mean something a good business does, because it's not so much the etiquette standards of internet white knights as it is an indicator you actually give a poo poo about your customers, and your business is in good stead.

They should do something to rectify that since you have raised it as an issue. You'd hope the crazy success of these Bones KS would give them some small ability to make good faith refunds.

Talking of which, there's some discussion in the KS Comments about Reaper managing to lose one of the UK Pallets. I guess my Bones are going to be delayed even further while they send a replacement

I don't understand how starting the next ks is related to delivery being complete on the previous. It would even be ok to run two ks campaigns in parallel... it's not as if Reaper is being accused or suspected of misuse of funds or something, nor have they put up for retail sale items that aren't delivered to some backers yet. I thought the actual complaint was charging aj amount for shipping that would have covered airmail, and then doing slow sea shipping anyway. That's a legit and valid complaint, and it's reasonable to demand a partial refund of the shipping charges. Demanding the company furlough or lay off its production staff for months rather than have them get to work on the next release in the meantime, though? That's nonsensical. Nobody involved in designing, sculpting, making molds, and doing the marketing for the next kickstarter has any ability to make australian deliveries happen faster, or decide to issue refunds to those customers, so why should they sit idle?

Got all my boner dudes washed and sorted, nothing is missing and not many pieces require any straightening. This is nice. The biggest downside to this delayed delivery for me is that don't have time to paint any of them to be used in a tournament this Sunday. I originally picked some Undead guys because they were so cool, I decided to start an Undead army and use them in it. I got that army tournament ready while waiting for them. But I don't mind, I'll still use them at some later games and I got stuff for my other projects.

 MalDrakar is enormous.I need to paint some of my giant Bones. Maldrakar, Dagon, and Nathavarr are high on the list, and I may well end up selling off large chunks of my pile of unpainted plastic because I'm not playing D&D any more and I'll just never get round to using it.

Surprise, it passed its funding goal in like five minutes. Looks like they're splitting the waves by region this time, and also offering a limited number of cheap seats and core seats in each wave. So 1000 core-set seats in wave one, and 500 $1 seats in wave 1. And then all of the waves repeated for the Americas, Europe, etc.
