Here's the picture I was thinking of: I think it was posted in this thread already but the bottom was cut off: "Karate Gums" was second from left on bottom row. Actually, I think this is a pretty old picture. I remember seeing it in an AUG thread shortly after I joined and that was five years ago.

We have pretty simple standards: plain, light-colored background, nothing on your head, and no tint or glare to your glasses that obstructs your eyes (clear glasses without a glare are fine). They normally need to hold a sign with their name and ID number on it, but we can waive that if it's something like an individual sending us their photo via email. We recently had to add "Candidate must be wearing clothing appropriate for work" after receiving a shirtless bathroom selfie that was cropped just above his nipples.

For context, this refers to giving a transgender preteen hormone blockers to stop puberty from occurring, allowing them to avoid the dysphoria associated with biological changes that do not match their gender. Ideally this is done under supervision of an endocrinologist/trans specialist who knows what they're doing. It's an overall positive, but undergo hormone therapy responsibly, kids!
