We actually do have a PDF that has some rick and morty specific rules listed out and some example drawings. but not as many as you think. Once you master the basics you can start churning out new designs. also you can break the rules too and the style of rick and morty is somewhat forgiving. you can get away with quite a lot. Also there multiple tiers of artists that can help take a drawing and fine tune it. You'll have a character designer who draws 10 characters, then they submit that to the lead character artist (who is more experienced) that person makes corrections or tells them to try something else. and then that is submitted to the art director (the person with the MOST experience) who has the final say. and They might make another level of corrections. after that Justin might take a look at it and tell you if he wants any changes as well. after a drawing goes through all the proper channels it probably integrates into the show seamlessly. Just watching the video reminded me of something. How many bloody people has Morty killed by now? Dude probably killed more people/people like aliens, then some convicted war criminals. That's probably not healthy for a kid ....and yet somehow he's still less messed up then Beth. Must be all those quality Jerry genes.
