I don't think it's a bad thing to use a theoretical national works program or even a conscription program as a glorified technical school for anyone not already going to college or w.e. Even the heinous imperialist military isn't very nationalist or imperialist leaning among the actual rank and file so IDK how a mandatory program would somehow immediately become NATIONAL SOCIALISM
