I'm here for (less than) a year while my spouse does her first year of MD training, spending most of my non-work time supporting a person working 80+ hours a week so she can not kill somebody by nodding off or brain farting a prescription while tired. I sincerely doubt I'm the right guy at the moment. I'll definitely be happy to walk away from this job when we return to Texas. Its getting toxic, even if many of the individual people are good here.
