To give credit to Working Daze, the boss lady is supposed to be ignorant of the ways of the nerd and she's supposed to get those details wrong, which is, I suppose, the joke. Now, to take all of that credit back, gently caress you Working Daze. I didn't spend much effort on that one but neither did you, Working Daze.

My best friend of 20 years moved across the country a year ago and we arguably talk more NOW than we did since college via Google Hangouts and poo poo. You may be right and I'm just old and not as into using social media in that way as someone her age who has grown up with it, but I think it's a valid argument that this will change things between them significantly since, particularly at that age, there's a good chance they will never see each other in person again. To me that's a big deal. I mean I have a good number of friends on fb that I haven't seen in person or really spoken to in months or years, and quite likely never will again. We used to be good friends, and if we met up we would probably would be again, and we may even chat online sometimes, but it's not the same right now. We all are busy dealing with the life we have in front of us every day. Now I don't know what Ces is doing with JP and I'm not enjoying that, but I think he has a point with SF.
