Yeah you do need a special crane to collect it but since it holds so much trash you don't need to empty it every week. My old apartment complex had a similar one.

UCMJ doesn't typically include retirees and discharged members. And sadly, I'm aware of more people in the military who voted for Trump that still defend the decision. It wouldn't surprise me that some of them are there, against the rules, because they're emboldened by all this.
