I've never seen a piece of McDonalds lettuce that doesn't look like it's been sitting on the floor for a few days. Up here in Canada I've found the McLettuce has always tasted fresh. Maybe it's the colder climate. Otoh the Canadian institution Mr Sub gets all.of their lettuce from a compost heap.
