McConnell will crack before Ryan. Ryan is a typical college Republican who can't separate reality from his Randian fantasy of slashing taxes for the wealthy. McConnell is a much more strategic thinker, and also has a much slimmer majority to work with. At this point, I think he realizes that the democrats are easier to work with than Trump.
