Great race with a finish ruined by tremendous pit strategy on the part of the 12 team. Rossi/Newgarden/TK/Dixie would've been a hell of a race for the win. IndyCar needs more ovals.

Just checked the standings because I couldn't believe it.... Joseph Newgarden is leading? I've watched all races this season and I am still perplexed by that....... Not upset by it, as I love Penske, but wow....he has just flown under my radar, even with 3 wins!

Good driver goes to great team and you're surprised? I didn't necessarily expect him to be leading the championship at this point, but I was pretty drat sure he was gonna get a couple of wins this year. Nice to have an awesome driver to root for that also wins, heh.

Not at a top team but he could fill a mentor role very well. If Harding has the money Kanaan would be the perfect hire for a new team like them.

TK is in a similar position to Helio, if - IF - Chip hasn't offered him an IndyCar seat but has a sports car seat open and available. Now Chip doesn't have quite as much history as Penske, and TK doesn't have as much history with Chip as Helio and the Captain, but...chasing another year or two, max, versus transitioning to sports cars and guaranteeing the next 5-10 years of your career? I would be trying to get Chip to run me an extra car for Indy while taking the Ford seat. But that's easy for me to say.
