Apparently Liljegren is not planning to rejoin Rogle, since they're a bad team at risk of relegation and unlikely to give him much playing time. I hope he gets serious minutes on the Marlies instead.

Lipstick Apathy

It's fun. A much better throwback to the old NES / SNES games than that other hockey game that came out this year was. I think it would highly benefit from having a couple people playing coop though. It's local only.

seems kind of weird that the NHL would wait until the playoffs to allow teams to use replays on the bench like that - or was it just a matter of the NHL clearing that particular system? anyway i thought this article was interesting. the part towards the end where it talks about making biometrics available mid-game seems like something that could bring about much bigger changes to how the game is played than just pulling up replays

We planned on Victoria and almost had a show there but it fell through. I badly wanna go there. Not playing there was not by choice.

Dec 7, 2007

Surprising no one, Zetterberg probably does not plan on playing out his whole contract:
https://www.wingingitinmotown.com/2017/8/21/16179864/report-henrik-zetterberg-does-not-plan-to-finish-entire-contract

quote:

In an interview with Sweden’s Radiosportens, Zetterberg said he “will probably not play” through the end of his contract, which runs until 20-21.

“I may have two years left, but I have also learned to take it year by year,” Zetterberg said.

quote:

Here’s how it would affect the team if Zetterberg were to retire at some point after this upcoming season:

Summer 2018: $4.3 million against the cap through 20-21
Summer 2019: $5,083,335 against the cap through 20-21
Summer 2020: $5,083,337 against the cap for the 20-21 season.

Fire Ken Holland.

Also, at this fuckin question, as if there's any chance it won't be Abdelkader:

Outside of the cap affects, the question remains: who will wear the C after him?
