thinkin a lil more about a system for pbp or discord or w/e you could do it socialist are shared authority instead of a central single gm, but treat certain npcs and poo poo as personal property of a players so that eg i couldnt decide to just kill yr characters mentor or w/e unless you were cool w it or we used a conflict resolution mechanic to hash out what happens
