Both Addick and Barker Reservoirs rising about .01 feet per minute over the last hour. Not sure if it's accelerating or just a heavier surge. Both have about 15 feet until they overtop their spillways.

I'm not sure about the layout of Addick reservoir, haven't looked at it much.
