FYI Trump is giving a press conference with the President of Finland at 4:20 EST today. Entirely possible he says something stupid and tone-deaf about Harvey, the most tremendous storm, truly unbelievable and maybe takes questions from reporters. Which went so well last time after Charlottesville.
