One interesting take on the "roastie": an incel posted (I'll paraphrase here) ...a roastie predestination concept. Like the women who have the larger labia are the ones who are promiscuous by nature. The non-slutty one will never develop them even if she has sex with the same guy 1000x. But if a woman is a virgin and she has large labia minora, that only means she is a slut waiting to happen and she will cheat on you. Or maybe they pop out after she has sex for the first time? I don't recall. I don't know how this can possibly explain the women in porn who have sex with hundreds of guys and the size of their labia doesn't increase. It completely disproves the link.
