Yeah and I'm not sure there is actually a legal designation for domestic terrorist groups. There are FTOs for foreign groups which prohibits support & financing. There are acts *of* terrorism which are prohibited, which is different.

they should change the name of Columbus Day to something more appropriate but I can't think of a pithy phrase for "This is When Things Became Irrevocably lovely for Indigenous Americans Day" and no calling it Genocide Day wouldn't be much better because a lot of the worst diseases were spread by people who didn't even know they were doing it
