Man it feels good to be playing Destiny again. Still not a huge fan of the reduced power usage in pvp but the gunplay is as good as ever.

I haven't been able to play yet... I can't get past the very first cutscene at the start of the game. I get error CABBAGE 10 seconds in. Uninstalled/restarted/firewalls etc done literally every 'fix' recommended and still won't work. I'm not on ps4 pro either. For some reason I think I recall this same issue happening at the launch of the first game.

I didn't dig into it but I saw a post on reddit somewhere that a certain type of PS4 was having major crash issues. It's a very PC situation, maybe you need to update drivers or get a new video card.

I'm not really getting a read on the new weapon system. So you have a high ammo kinetic and an energy weapon, but then you also have a low ammo heavy weapon that doesn't do more damage than the other two?

Just made headshots with snipers, get up close with shotguns, etc

I think it's only gotten stronger since, but once you hit that 180 mph benchmark 5 mph either way doesn't matter much. You still gonna get hosed up.

Is there a guide explaining how itemization works in the game? All I can find are clickbaity junk articles that only have info from the beta anyways. Explaining weapon perks vs mods, how multiple copies of the same weapon with different power levels but equal impact/etc differ, what holds over in pvp, infusing, just listing them all out even, etc etc.

Is this your typical MMO launch situation where login servers are busted and you have to sit there mashing start to actually get in? My console keeps showing "loading" for a split second, flashing back to the home screen, and then loading again ad infinitum.
