Pederson is probably going to get some leeway because he fits the bill as someone without the inclination or job history to demand more power. Schwartz does not fit that profile.

I don't necessarily think that Pederson is safe. I just don't see Schwartz replacing him if he does get fired. I'd say he's safe if he makes the playoffs. N: Redskins Suck V: LOL Gruden Starting off slow and looking like the team didn't practice enough seems to be a regular occurrence in the Gruden era. Our offense looked insipid and incoherent, with not much run game or chemistry. The weapons and talent are there, but this was a bad look. Defense looked better. Amazing how not having everyone injured helps. And gently caress our lovely team for being so bad that you could hear the Eagle fans cheering on a home opener.

Who can afford to go to games at redskins stadium anyway, aren't they the 2nd most expensive place out of all 32 teams? Plus yeah their offense needs to be in practice all week

I figured it was shattered when we saw it just kinda hanging there crooked, but it's not like it was facing the other way or anything. Dislocation is maybe the best news you can hope for with how bad that looked at first.
