I think that "new" Garrison is just a section from one of his older cartoons, just increased in size. It'd be from one of his trademark "Here's all of the shrieking SJW groups acting like total poopy babies who cry and poo poo in their diapers, while well-known muscleman Donald Trump looms over them, about to put them in their place" cartoons.

I'd look back for it, but my blood pressure can't take that big of a hit right now.
