FWIW, that's what my email chain was like, except I got bounced between 3 people, including (I think), ol' Racist Roy Roocroft himself. Otherwise, same form letters. I'm glad I got my money back so I could spend it on overpriced plastic in two forms: gunpla & a keyset for my keyboard. Because even that level of completely extraneous spending is smarter than leaving it with Crobbler.

I think it's one of those situations where people take something Chris is thinking about, they spin it into the worst possible thing and then it's a big deal to everybody. But Chris is absolutely thinking about ways that people can be INFILTRATORS, they can steal INFORMATION, they can, you know... SABOTAGE SYSTEMS, that's all in a very early system right now, we're NOT coming up with a way for people to steal your ships you paid hundreds of dollars for. I don't think we know how corporate funds are going to work yet so we have not come up with a system were people are going to steal... there should not be a situation were people steal actual money from one another, that's not what this game is about. Chris has a very pure vision and when he wants to add a feature it's because he thinks it's going to be more immersive or cool, it's not because it's a way to scam people or hurt them or anything like that. Q: We know that DFM is coming in two weeks, but the other piece we've all been waiting for is the second drop of the organization system, is that soon after DFM in your opinion? Ben: I would say that's going to be soon BEFORE DFM. At least multi-orgs, in fact they are in QA right now and we are hoping for a roll out next week and if we miss it I'm sorry.
