BC Even after looking up "chitin" (it's the hard stuff that insects and arthropods' shells/exoskeletons are made of), this joke doesn't make much sense. Was he texting off-screen and hit the bug right beforehand? Baldo Wizard of Id Big Nate Curtis (This is borderline a "participation trophies" joke, but it got a chuckle out of me.) Baby Blues

Hey, people who've been following these threads for a million incarnations like I have, can you help? There was a comic that used to be posted here and was generally well-received and I can't remember what it's called. It was definitely a foreign comic, I'm thinking Scandinavian. Main character was a bald dude (it wasn't Fingerpori) and his wife had curly hair and he usually drew her eyes as asterisks or stars or something. Lots of pop culture references. The specific one I'm looking for that I'm vaguely remembering (so forgive me if I get details wrong) is the one where they're playing hide and seek and she gets him to come out by saying "Mahna mahna". But at this point the title and author are so on-the-tip-of-my-tongue that even just that would help.

Doesn't look like hiden and seek to me, but maybe it was an arc.

Thank you guys! That is the comic and the pictured comic is also the comic, though there was an English version posted in one of these threads at one point. And it appears that my brain did rewrite the setup! I first read that a really long time ago!

The Classic Dinette Set doesn't want to go out of its way. Working Daze has a light workload. Super-Fun-Pak-Comix makes that mistake all the time. Seriously, though, Working Daze, learn to simplify your stupid jokes! See? That took me like a minute to fix.
