He went down and looked like he was out before he hit the pavement, which may mean that he took a good crack to the head from the ground as well. Hard to tell from the video, but yeah it's perfectly possible that he sustained brain damage. That said, he's young, and the way he ended up means that he probably didn't crack his skull on the pavement. Like I said, hard to tell.
