AC6 takes place in Strangereal 2015, ACX takes place in Strangereal 2020, and I'm not sure any dates are out for AC7 but it's very likely to be after that. e: you know, it's not? Assuming nothing changes from now until release, the trailers they've released have Mission 3 datestamped at May 30, 2019. So at least part of AC7 takes place before X.
