My only concern at this point is that my machine won't be able to run it. It's due for an upgrade this year but that's not in the cards financially right now, dammit.

Unless you've watched the ~20 minute spoiler runs of the first level previews, you probably don't know her name is Sigrun. A very easy mistake to make.

I believe the name was fairly popular in Nazi Germany, and it (still) being very unusual in Anglo countries would make it an ideal choice if you wanted to identify a character as being extremely German (but not in the "Let's get exterminating" sense). "von" noble names serve a similar function, though obviously with slightly different connotations. Yeah calling a German Helga (or I guess Hans) would be like calling a Russian Ivan or an Englishman Johnny or a Hillbilly Cletus

I think the propaganda coup they'd pull by being able to say "we converted your daughter" is really what they're going for. Plus any insider knowledge she'd have to pass along. But hey, maybe with time she'll come out of her shell and could be molded into a blood thirsty Nazi killing machine, too.
