How long does it take and how intricate of a process is it to build one of those metal instability houses?

It depends on what you do. The DIES ANYWAY place would take like 5 minutes, it's just pasting a URL into every wall's texture. Something with lots of walls / canvas items would take a lot more time. They are working on new tools (like one that lets you copy and paste settings across items) but they're not out yet so for now the best feature you've got working for you is a snap to grid kinda thing and even that's fiddly. And stuff still has to "touch" something to get placed initially, if that makes any sense.

I'm flattered that you guys think it's thread-worthy, I do have concerns about if there's enough content though. Tonight was pretty dry in the wacky houses department, for example. I don't want people to rush out and buy a game they ultimately get no enjoyment from. There is also the fact that the houses are indeed unmoderated and thus you could conceivably find, you know, anything. Usually it's just lots of furry porn or racist garbage but who knows. I don't think I've seen anything straight up illegal yet but I've seen some pretty gross unfunny poo poo like presumably unironic "kill the gays" rooms with gore images and of course tons of implied-underage anime pictures. If we all think these concerns are non-dealbreakers then I suppose we can give it a shot. You can of course always just not go to the user hosted houses and just enjoy the minigames (although you're gonna get racists in the chat almost everywhere most likely).

I posted this in the Divinity thread too. Divinity: Original Sin 2 is a really good-looking game but it's sometimes hard to tell because of the camera angles. This is my character facing down an archer on the crow's nest of a ship. (He flew up there with his bird wings)

 There are not enough emoticons to match the humor in this picture.  Dominia has 4000 HP and automatically heals for 5000 if you so much as look in her direction. You are lucky to hit 3000 with Power Crisis in one XX combo. This fight had all sorts of fun things to discover. I might be able to push it further in a replay down the line.  I got my rear end beat fighting Alpha Weltall. Self-imposed challenge is going the whole game without using Frame HPs. Still going strong. As an aside, game freezes during the intro to Deus. Had to do all sorts of bullshit with save states and the game disc. Took an hour getting it to work.  Almost forgot the most important picture.
