situations like this where they're coming in hours later to black tag people are a big part of the reason why EMTs have massively elevated rates of PTSD and substance abuse issues they're also making, at most, $10 an hour for EMT and $15 an hour for Paramedic. Generally less. I would've pursued it as a career if the pay wasn't loving garbage, but it's great poo poo to learn in any case
