AFAIK the only times in the last few decades that USA schools were basically shut down to watch TV was 9/11 and the OJ Bronco Chase (we are the weird country)

Jeremy Lin is the platonic ideal of Good Christian Boy. I doubt he's ever even considered taking illegal drugs because his pious aura makes all the fiends leave their marijuana cigarettes in their pockets, subdued by shame under Lin's righteous gaze. It's immensely obnoxious and he sorta sucks. I feel like that lineup is made to be P&R'd to death. Thompson is more important to that first unit than Wade will be. Quick glance I don't even think they played 100 minutes last year with Love not alongside Frye or Thompson, 82 Games says it was only 6% of the time. Compare that with the 800+ minutes of the starting lineups of Irving/(JR or Shump)/James/Love/Thompson. This is a pretty big shakeup.
