Yeah, it's right before the climax even. It lasts like five seconds and just has him mean-mugging the camera while he does a really stupid jig. Like, it felt like they were going for something, but I have no idea what. Was it supposed to be funny? It wasn't. Was it supposed to be scary? It definitely wasn't. Was it supposed to set up for the 15th time how loving weird he is? Well, the first 14 times actually worked for me, but this one didn't. It just felt tryhard I guess. I did like the movie, though. Edit: his full name is Pennywise the Dancing Clown, maybe they just decided it needed to be literal. After all, they did decide that one of the most iconic, evocative-in-its-ambiguity lines in the book needed to be literal for no reason as well. (That was the first-stupidest part of the movie).
