First Ex summon was a Rainbow... Prishe, which was unexpected and I'm not really sure what to do with her. 5° was a Dark Fina, my first dupe Rainbow! Everything else was just TMR Fodder.

Ended up with Aileen. Huh. Well, I wanted a good damage dealer, but isn't she another one who really only chains well with a dupe? (Also, not sure who to replace in my regular team - running WoL, Zaarg, (Enh) Luka, LVeritas, and Agrias (not fully enhanced yet). Figure probably Agrias esp. since I don't have the t5 crysts to finish her attack)

Aileen's current frames are poo poo and she only chains with her self. She'll chain with TTerra and M. Ramza post-enhancements, but that is about it. Once her enhancements hit it shouldn't be hard to find Aileen friends though.

i personally would probably still sick with the double tidus since that makes everything so much easier just having the built in chains. its not hard to find friend units to chain with some of the others but if you can 100% remove that hassle i for sure would.

It's gonna depend on how well you can gear them but OK is probably a better all around choice. I got her today to and don't plan to do a drat thing with her aside from tossing her on a TMR team and just let her get some levels that way for a little while. I think my words in Discord were to "bench her" for some time. I got her just in time for OK to finish his TMR today so seemed like a fitting replacement. My unit choices are full of characters needing a dupe to chain with effectively.

one unspoken benefit of freyvia is that gumi either forgets they made her or they purposefully never balance any content with the idea of double freyvia in mind so in virtually all content double freyvia can clear it easier than any other option. i waffle on whether or not they forgot they made such a busted unit or they just want their OC do not steal to be the strongest in the game

I do something similar, but I have my 9S with his ice/water/earth imperil along with two tidus chaining Quick hits (they both have brotherhoods) + friend olive trueshot finisher.

Dropped the 5 * ticket and got a Reberta, which I'm not overly excited about, but is still cool. She does continue my streak of no duplicate 5*'s as a mostly F2P which consists of: Noctis Greg Ramza Fryevia Tidus Aileen Zargabarga-sparkle Ace Delita Dark Fina And now Reberta.

I have a really great stable of 6's, so most of the content I can do no problem, I'm just hamstrung because I can't macro, and I'm F2P, and I also just don't have time to devote to the hours long fights (Giant Fuckoff Robit, I'm looking in YOUR direction.) I've been playing for over a year, so it feels good to finally have the RNG on my side with pulls lately. I mean, a tidy last spring, a fry last week and an onion knight just now aren't too big of a deal really, but things are paying off. That said, I'm sure I jinxed it and will only draw Kriles from here on out.

Decided to just go ahead and blow all my ex tickets because gently caress it, whatevs. Bunch of TM fodder, but my last was a rainbow, holy poo poo. Is Gumi actually gonna make up for me spending 80 combined ticket and 10+ pulls over the last few days? Queen #3. At least she's got a good TM, I guess. Goddamn, another rainbow on the 10+1 ticket? Alright, let's try the 5* EX ticket.MotherFUCKING ORLANDU I'm super excited, because I've got a fully enhance Agrias and he was the first unit I really whaled for back during his first banner but got burned really hard. He's a great at chaining, finishing, can apply the current best water imperil in the game, and can also act as a party all-stat buffer.

I think it's time to kill me a robot. Rejiggered things so Maxwell SOMEHOW has a higher attack than Aileen, got Ace on battery/attack detail and Rikku on support. Would Ashe be a good non-medical heal or should I try to get Luka to max first? And any friends that are built for robot scrapping?
