I think right now it just doesn't have brakes and that shouldn't really be a problem for towing on a dolly or trailer.

I'm having a hard time understand what's changed. Does he think that 14's going to stay long-term or something? Unhappy with the progress on the truck? I would've thought he'd been relieved to find out that 14 is not going to be a dog owner and that it's all a week from departure.

I get the feeling that Daddo's previous interactions were sort of passive aggressive comments. Or just trying to keep cool, but really wanting this over with. He might want to sell the place or something, and a guy living in a camper working on a truck isn't a big selling point. Or possibly, the steaks that dick gave him were tainted. (Not intentionally)

Apparently granddaddo died and Daddo's way of dealing with grief is to take it out on the powerless. Sorry for the guy's loss, but putting Dave into flight mode isn't cool. Sounds like Danno is aware and hopefully things will cool down today and Dave can see this through. I'll go up and retrieve the camper for safekeeping once Dave is on the move.
