Garrison, sorta; his argument is that (((Soros)))-funded drat dirty libs hated football because of its macho manliness, but have contaminated the League with their hippie pussiness so now it's bad.

You also go on field trips to places like museums and sewage treatment plants (this one was more fun and fascinating than it sounds). Oh, and one time we when bird watching in the wetlands. So yeah, lots of great stuff. However, like people have said how good it is all depends on the troop leader and I just happened to have an amazing troop leader.

I'm almost surprised that Ben!Trump didn't run the score up to 88... Edit: actually, why 72 points? Wiki points to it being the number of houri each Muslim martyr will receive as companion in paradise, but somehow I doubt that's the intention. The 72 is weirding me out. It's not divisible by 7, so it's not a default "football score" number, and I can't remember any famous blowout games with a score of 72-0. 10 touchdowns and a safety? 9 touchdowns where trump went for the extra point? Does 89 have special significance? 98? Or is it 7 touchdowns, extra point, and Trump gets a safety each time, with the last safety just being scored? But that can't be it, trump has the ball. Or maybe he's in the midst of his drive after the last safety and is pausing his run to mock Goodell. But why does Goodell look like that?

The stadium isn't empty, I don't think, but it would fit Garrison's argument better if it was (that everyone decided they don't like football anymore now that they know football players are humans rather than action figures or animals)

I was going to say it was a reference to the 1940 NFL Championship game where the Bears trounced the Redskins and made the T-formation the standard for the league, but apparently that was 73-0, so I don't know what the gently caress.

I mean...Garrison knows that Trump doesn't look like that, right? It's getting more and more ridiculous every time. Obviously it's standard practice in a political cartoon to beef up your heroes and make the bad guys look like skinny old worms, but when there's this much of a dichotomy between the caricature and the real person, it kinda looks like you're making fun of the guy
