Doesn't look like it. From a brief review of freeper babble-on's recent posts, we've stumbled upon the one freeper that actually understands and accepts Russia was and is loving around with our social media and news cycle. 2000 regdate.
Lol, it still kills me they can't manage to believe that people get fed up with poo poo and create movements rather than it having to be funded by some rich and/or powerful dickhead.
V I disagree, they were passing around the BC bullshit the moment his name hit the news

Trump did a few things yesterday that freep should have been absolutely on fire about. First, he talked about pushing back on Bannon's attempts to threaten the 2018 congressional campaign from the right. Second, he acted all buddy-buddy with McConnell in a fabulously stupid press conference. Third, during that press conference, he lied about previous presidents not talking to families of fallen soldiers, something he's currently accused of doing with a recent handful of military deaths in Niger. Oh, and then that evening, McCain said good sounding things, and you know how much they hate McCain.
Note that I said that they should have been on fire about these things. Let's look at the most discussed topic on freep yesterday!
Well, surely it's the second most frequent thing discussed, right?
Maybe it's the third then?
Note the overlap in these three categories.
In comparison. there were three topics about McConnell, two of which overlapped with the Bannon thing, one just on the Bannon thing, only one on the troop death phone call thing, and three hating on McCain. Let's get started.
First, Trump, McConnell say they want tax bill passed this year and quash talk of a rocky relationship posted by freeper Innovative

I am spitting mad. I just heard McConnell LIE RIGHT THROUGH HIS TEETH at the live joint statement today.
He bashed Christine O’Donnell (Delaware) and blamed her loss on HER being a losing candidate that didn’t appeal to voters. What a bold-faced LIE. McTurdle repeated his lie several times.
The TRUTH is, Karl Rove and the GOP Establishment SABOTAGED Christine at every turn, spent $ to undermine and set her up to lose. They refused to work with her, supply voting pamphlets/literature/materials, and actively worked against her.
McTurdle and Tokyo Rove are lying SOBs of the first order. Turdle stands right by our President’s side and plays all nice, i.e. “We’re on the same page”, blah blah blah. But we all know how behind his back, in closed doors, you scream your hatred of him, and of us.
It’s no use, Turdle, you arrogant, condescending POS. We’re on to your lies. We know you hate our President (and us), and work against him and us in cahoots with your Global Dem pals. We’ve had more than enough of your bullshit, Turdle. RESIGN NOW.

It's clear from the thread that many watched the entire press conference. They seem to choose to focus only on the good things and not the fuckery, like when McConnell talked about a timeline and then Trump talked about an entirely different timeline and McConnell had to walk back what Trump said.

These are two enemies of our nation.
They have not only blocked everything they could, it was the job of these two to lay out their own plans, work with Trump, and get things done.

Totally. Saw the whole thing - he was in a good stride, "in the zone" - however you want to put it. Calm and in control, and the media was actually asking decent policy questions - one idiot had to ask the obligatory question about the Russia stuff, but got a deserved blowoff answer in return. But of course all they harped about on the evening news was the comment on whether or not Obozo made phone calls to families of fallen soldiers - they had like an hour's worth of substantial news to report upon but they just focus on petty tabloid crap. They choose to underreport, underinform and twist around what they do report.

Here's Trump Falsely Claims Obama Didn’t Contact Families of Fallen Troops posted by freeper Ennis85, the one and only topic on the subject. I expect that to change today due to the White House continuing to press the issue for some absolutely insane reason.
Remember, the entire reason this is a thing is because Trump hasn't reached out to the families of the four soldiers killed in Niger, and Trump always accuses other people of doing the thing he's accused of doing.
So in the McConnell thread, it was clear that most watched the entire press conference. What about this thread? Well, here's the thread summary.

quote:To: Olog-hai
“We live in a land made of ideals, not blood and soil,” he said. …”
Man does not live by bread alone, but Christ multiplied the loaves and fish so that the masses could eat. Blood, soil, and food are tangible, and as humans we live in a tangible world with tangible requirements. Our soil IS important, as is the blood that’s been spent protecting it - including that of those who fought and died in the same war as McCain fought.
Ultimately, our most important ideals as a nation include our commitment to the freedom of each individual to self-determine. This is central to what it means to be an American. Freedom = liberty is one of the divine rights recognized as such in our Declaration of Independence. It’s conceptually and ideologically at the core of being an American.
Many precious lives have been lost, and much blood spilled protecting our freedom as a nation and as individuals. Our government does not have the right to negotiate away our divine rights to any international/global entities. Attempting to do so is essentially spitting at the heart of America, devaluing the sacrifices of those who have died for our freedom, and betraying the citizenry for whom this government was formed.

Before I do my last thread for now, I'd like to give an honorable mention to Is Communism Worse Than Nazism? for being too infuriating to get past the first page.
So instead, here's Yale allegedly suffering epidemic of ‘mediocre man-sex’ posted by freeper C19fan
So the article is from some right wing clickbait blogspam circlejerk. Here's the opening from the article they're sourcing.
the article posted:Men at Yale are overwhelmingly underwhelming in bed. Far too many Yale women have a few good conversations with a guy and feel a real connection, only to be repeatedly disappointed by oomphless coitus. I’m speaking primarily about heterosexual sex here, since this has been my only experience at Yale. And I guarantee that almost every woman reading this column can think of a decidedly lukewarm encounter, either personally or anecdotally.
Mediocre man-sex is not a permanent state of affairs. It’s something the men of Yale can fix with a little effort. But, at least right now, it’s an epidemic with a simple cause: Men at Yale are bad in bed because they are bad at listening to women.
So, men, here’s the secret. It’s really, really simple. Step one: Listen to your partner. Step two: Act on that. That’s it. That’s the whole secret. If you’re good at responding to your partner in and out of the bedroom, you’ll be good at having sex. If you don’t, you won’t. Simple as that.
Good know the pajama boy meme is still alive and kicking.
quote:Money quote:
Nierenberg offers other tips for men to improve this problem...Stick around afterward.”
Perhaps if the Yale co-eds actually demanded dates and courtship perhaps the sex would be better and the guy would stick around. YTOu want hook up culture then cold sex is the logical result. Can't have it both ways.
Of course, if Lax offered seminars to the pajama boys at Yale maybe things would improve slightly.

If the "feminists" at places like Yale hadn't spent the last 40 years trying to emasculate males, this would be less of a problem.
Maybe it's the Yale women, they may be so sexually repressed from feminist "rape culture" propaganda that they're just not very inspiring in bed.
Maybe the guys find it hard to perform too enthusiastically out of fear that when his one night stand wakes up sober, doing the "walk of shame" back to the dorm, she may decide it was rape and the the guy has his college career and reputation ruined for life.
If they need to check out whether this is really a problem, they should ask the "townie" chicks. Without the gynocentric emotional baggage the college girls are subjected to, they may be the ones getting all the good stuff.

Let's finish with some
quote:To: RegulatorCountry
“They’re strong and independent women, why are they so helpless, passive and dependent when it comes to sex?”
The problem is that the default situation in nature is that females of the higher species tend to be programmed to be passive and seductive to initiate the sex act (even if only with pheromones), whereas the males are programmed to be the aggressors and instigators of the physical sex act once aroused by the female.
Obviously it’s a bit more complicated with humans, but nonetheless, the human female is more or less programmed to be taken (even if she must instigate the taking via seduction), and the male is programmed to do the taking (even if he must be seduced into doing it). Even the physical situation demands that psychology.
Thus, when these immature collegiate females are relentlessly programmed to continuously assert themselves as “strong and independent”, there’s a complete cognitive dissonance for them when they must become seductive and submissive to induce the attraction and aggression necessary for a male (both psychologically AND physically) to desire and complete the sex act.
To a large degree, the fine art of female seduction of the male is incompatible with the dogmatic (but false) self-belief that the female must always be “strong and independent” because it is generally necessary to drop that “strong and independent” demeanor for successful seduction.
Plus “strong and independent” isn’t even the default position for females in the higher kingdom anyway, because as soon as they become pregnant and must take care of offspring, it’s generally necessary to have a capable, supporting male partner to successfully raise the offspring into maturity. In point of fact, almost all females subconsciously seek a good provider for that very reason whether they consciously realize it or not, which provides yet more cognitive dissonance for those immature collegiate females who have been relentlessly brainwashed into believing that they must always be “strong and independent”.
In other words, good luck with that ...

Soldiers expect to be rained upon my mortars, and artillery with the chance they may become a casualty. They’re soldiers, its what they do. Our family lost a couple in WW II (USAAF), all we got was a telegram, no calls from the president. In this case, its not so much the call, it was a call from “Trump” who I am sure is not popular in their district. I’ll wait for the rest of the story, CNN always leaves that part out.

When President Trump speaks, he is often doing commentary on what he is saying at the same time he is saying it.

Someone needs to do 57 Things I Need You to Stop Doing to the Women You Work With
Here's a representative sample:
quote:To: metmom
I remember back in the 80's, telling women to smile was a big thing. I was in the Navy, and I couldn't walk down the passageway without a man barking "Smile!" at me as he passed. And usually, they weren't smiling, but we were expected to grin like chimps at every man who glanced at us.
The one I'll always remember was the guy who told me to smile just after I'd left the Chaplain's office. I'd just been notified that my father had died unexpectedly, and I was rather in shock, and this guy told me to smile. I told him about my father and he scampered away, mortified. I do hope that he, at least, never again ordered a complete stranger to smile at him.

I bet they want children to believe:
1) we’ll NEVER succeed
2) it’s whitey’s fault
3) nothing we can do (except kneel in protest)
4) no reason to study/learn/try.
5) just have fun causing trouble and getting attention (’community organizing’ if you include others) and distracting teachers from helping the few students who aren’t buying into the first 4 points

They think his LSD trip of a joint presser with McConnell the other day was pitch-perfect. We saw someone who appeared to be having a stroke on live TV, they saw an orator in a league above lesser mortals destroy all opposition with his wisdom and intellect. Their self-worth is so heavily wrapped up in the concept of Trump not being a poo poo-whistling cumweasel that they are viewing reality through a lens so skewed, it opens into other dimensions.

36 U.S. Code § 301 - National anthem
....
(b)Conduct During Playing.—During a rendition of the national anthem—c
(1) when the flag is displayed—
.....
(C) all other persons present should face the flag and stand at attention with their right hand over the heart, and men not in uniform, if applicable, should remove their headdress with their right hand and hold it at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart; and
(2) when the flag is not displayed, all present should face toward the music and act in the same manner they would if the flag were displayed.

Moore is 100% correct.
Naw, he's essentially wrong in at least 2 ways -
1) The language of the law says "should", not "must" or "shall".
2) Even if it did say "must" or "shall" it would be a violation of the First Amendment.
