Totally. Saw the whole thing - he was in a good stride, "in the zone" - however you want to put it. Calm and in control, and the media was actually asking decent policy questions - one idiot had to ask the obligatory question about the Russia stuff, but got a deserved blowoff answer in return. But of course all they harped about on the evening news was the comment on whether or not Obozo made phone calls to families of fallen soldiers - they had like an hour's worth of substantial news to report upon but they just focus on petty tabloid crap. Naw, he's essentially wrong in at least 2 ways -

1) The language of the law says "should", not "must" or "shall".

2) Even if it did say "must" or "shall" it would be a violation of the First Amendment.
