That's why normal people try to avoid it. I don't get the logic behind it honestly. So the guy pretended to be hot and lied to girls that he wants to go out with them. How does this prove anything? Should people who aren't hot know their place and never match with people who are hot? Would he not go on a date with a hot girl that asked him out? I know I'm reading too much into it because the easiest answer is that it's just a creep who wants to humiliate women (and self-owns in the process) but it's framed in a way as if this proves hypergamy or some poo poo and it really doesn't.
