Haifisch posted:"Roaming jocks see nerds at the store and go HURRRR NERRRRRDS" - what a grown rear end man thinks the world is like. Just this year I was walking across a street and two dudes came up to me and one of them asked if I had a lighter. The other stopped his friend and said "He won't have one, he's a nerd." and they walked away. It was a strange occurrence, but nothing like this. Also I was wearing normal clothes so maybe I need to work on my fashion choices.

Kazinsal posted:"Durrr jocks go out of their way to make fun of nerds and THEY DRINK BEER" Holbrook doesn't do anything. Gilchrist obsesses over dead celebrities he can paste over Fritzi's bowling ball-sized chest and Reddick doesn't understand how relationships work, and then they have to compete with Scott Adams the grump, Brooke McEldowney the sexually deviant thesaurus, the Evanses and their cast who can't understand why being self-obsessed high-schoolers as adults is getting old, Batuik and Smuggy Cancer-bean, and I think there are cartoonists out there who are actually even worse people in real life. ..and those are just the ones I can laugh at. Holbrook is not the best, but certainly not even close to the worst.
