Nice. I have one cookbook that has two recipes for adovada, but neither use orange juice (one of them is pretty similar otherwise). I bet that could be adapted to an instant pot pretty easily, too.

said cookbook, it has some decent New Mexico stuff in it too.

There's a certified scale beside where we're stopping for the night in Omaha. My guess is 7-7200 lbs on the truck, and in the neighborhood of 16k lbs all together

It pulling fine, other than sucking fuel. Sims was warned. :v: it got 9mpg on the way up.

Trans temps staying around 150F, not even working that hard.
