yeah i'd give it an HM. was a great wrestling match and one of the better wwe matches this year, but the standard for MOTY has been so high and this didn't even really touch the real contenders.

It’s not WMotY being objectively bad, it’s based on wasted potential, poor booking and a poor layout. The Shield reunion and Angle’s return are two of the biggest cards they can play, and they both were overbooked to death. Kane and Braun should have just had their own segment, and not been part of this match at all. Miz/Bar vs Shield should have been the match, it didn’t need to be no DQ at all. A regular match would have been better as booked, and better with the addition of Angle. Instead, it’s big moment was a garbage truck.

HM - KUSHIDA and Hirai Kawato vs. Roppongi 3k - 10/23 HM - Dragon Lee and Titan vs. L.I.J (Hiromu and BUSHI) - 10/23 I liked both of these matches a lot. Kawato is super over already and ready to make the next step. I knew he had to be taking the pin yet I still bit on the near falls. Dragon Lee/Hiromu never gets old. I love that NJPW has kept the continuity of those two just killing each other whenever they get the chance.
