There is also this odd thing where a track can be good to drive on but produces some pretty crappy racing. Sonoma raceway, which Indycar uses, is like this.

I don’t like Silverstone, even when the racing is good there. Same with Hungary. On the other hand; Spa, Singapore and Canada can all have terrible races and I’ll still be invested in it. This last race was actually fun, so people complaining about it being boring just seem to be actively ignoring the action on the track. Which I will do next British GP.
