Get bashed, platonist!

I went to the kratom thread.

basic hitler posted:

Once I was a ways out of having bought FST, I started to wonder if the weak batches were a refusal to acknowledge building tolerance, or if i was really being ripped off. I tracked "weak" periods as served by memory, to actual order dates and frequency, and there's a correlation between where I felt ripped off by the FST I was given, and how often I was having bottles delivered, sometimes daily.

Maybe this wasn't the case, but i'm pretty sure the "weak" batches was just my gigantic loving tolerance causing the effects to plateau.

Yeah, it's just bitter. I got sick of it after the first week and got capsules, but it's not super gross.

Yeah kratom has some weird tolerance poo poo because several of the alkaloids are partial antagonists so it can act kind of like Suboxone, hence the article about kratom being a possible solution to the opioid crisis.

Yeah adding a small amount of cream to it and blending it seems to remove the bitterness for some reason, I'm guessing it has to do with how hydrophobic it is.

Weed is awesome. Weed can also be fairly expensive and hard to find, depending on where you live, whereas kratom is as simple as buying a bag from a smoke shop or ordering a bag online.

I'm not sure what techniques (if any) distinguish amigurumi from other crocheted animals.

No I'm the cow steroids guy and you're the bad posts guy.

I don't even use kratom, I'm just saying it's a very interesting plant with a bunch of alkaloids that are already isolated and turned into useful medications . It's got a ton of therapeutic potential.

I can tell you heroin and meth dosages too, if you'd like. It's possible to know things about a thing with widespread societal impact, friend. I have friends who use kratom for chronic pain and one who used it to quit drinking 32oz of hard liquor a day.
