I’m disappointed other peopl don’t seem to like the Broodals as much as I do. There’s something charmingly Looney Tunes about them. And Rango takes after Goofy. How can you not love that?

They feel really at home in the Marioverse.

I'm fine with something different, glad they aren't overusing Bowser Jr. or the Koopa Kids. Broodals are alright, not great but I don't hate them.

Only complaint so far is it is a bit easy. Most of the little side moons i breeze through without a sweat, hopefully the later levels are more challenging.

I got lucky I didn't bonk my head on the wall there but the basic procedure is triple jump > throw cap > dive on top of cap (and remember to hold Y) > wall jump > throw cap again > dive again, hopefully making it where you wanted to go because you can't cap bounce again. This seems to be the biggest height you can reach using just mario's moveset and a wall.

You can throw and dive one more time but not bounce off of it a second time. Though it all resets if you execute a wall jump. Once you get the rhythm for that kind of mid-air movement down, you can reach all kinds of weird places and traverse the world so efficiently. It feels excellent.

Hey so I have a not-really-spoilery question: the other day I happened to buy 10 Power Moons from the shop at Cascade Kingdom and used those to unlock more post-game content. Is there a set amount of Moons I can buy from each shop or can I theoretically just keep buying Moons without having to go around and get Moons to unlock the rest of the post-game content? Because if it's the latter, that seems like a really big oversight on the devs' part

The buried moon on top of the pyramid in the Sand Kingdom is really stumping me. It's way too fast for me to catch up and the only alternative I could consider (getting a Jax to ram it) didn't fare any better.

Nintendo has trended in recent years to giving more options to see all the content the game has to offer, even if you're not technically skilled.

I just pulled this of and god drat it owns, I'm doing this constantly and seeing where I can get to. Is there anyway to do the Cappy jump that you can pull off when you're playing 2 player? There doesn't seem to be a way to do it and it's the highest jump you can do.

Finally got the means to play this. I don't wanna step on any toes in here, but Super Mario Odyssey is, in fact, a good video game. Can someone expand on a few spoilery points for me if they're far enough in to know the answers? This creeps into post-game content so don't click if you don't wanna hear any details on any of that. 1. Do the digital cube things in early levels actually increase the in-map moon list total or not? 2. Do they just physically place more moons on the map, or do they sometimes generate means of procuring currently visible moons you can't reach without whatever in-level elements the cubes unlock? 3. Are the only two triggers for changing up the state of a level beating its mandatory set of moons, and then beating the game? I'm the weirdo that likes spelunking every inch of a stage my first time through it until I find everything there is to find, so I don't wanna drive myself insane if you can't actually get the full count of moons that show up in the moon list you start with your first time into a level. I don't mind spoiling myself on QOL details like this or what the cubes do, but I'm really trying to avoid any specific moon locations or secrets in levels and that kinda junk. I have one moon staring me in the face two levels deep that I can actively see but am completely beside myself on reaching, and I don't wanna spoil how to get it but I also don't wanna dance around like a yutz for an hour if it's just something I have to pass on until later.
