That's Jesse Moynihan, who did Forming as well as work on Adventure Time. The Horse Dick apocalypse is Josh Simmons who did (as mentioned previously) the Furry Trap.

Man there was a reason I didn't post any pictures from the comic. I get that his aim was to make you feel uncomfortable but I think most of it was sort of just an excuse to be self indulgently depraved on the authors part. Why do we need stories about magic hillbilly incest? Or demons in the woods that rape your family because you're poor? And the flaming horse dick one was just stupid. It's the sort of stuff you'd expect from the sensibilities of a messed up teenager who thinks he's being edgy but in reality is just acting out his weird psychological problems. Like I said, I regret reading it. Forming is really good though. I mean that's probably also the author acting out his weird psychosexual issues (because I think a lot of people do that) but it's more entertaining to read. Personally I regret reading it because it's really unpleasant in a way that I thought lacked any sort of artistic or entertainment value. The guy has some pretty serious problems, I think.
