I�ll give this evil bastard a couple of little plants and gloss his gems once the regular layers of varnish are added, but ~my blending~ will be a lot harder to see after the cotes, so I figure I should document him in his current fragile glory.

As has been already said, that face is excellent. I remember you saying you used the crazy, detailed method GW put out in a White Dwarf. I'm going to have to check that out; the results are plain to see. The blending is great too, especially on the cape, and I love that dark sea green you've used in place of the studio scheme's black. It's a nice twist that still maintains the original's look.

My one complaint is that I think the armor could use a few more highlights. Nothing drastic, but something. I know they're there, but they might be a little too subtle if that makes any sense. That may just be my personal painting style coloring my opinions though so feel free to ignore me.
