do I give myself like 5 units and hope I return to usual or is that high reading going to work its way down itself depends on the meal. gently caress I find it hard to predict. and so far "intuitive eating" is hardly reliable, sometimes I feel fine and sugars like 15 and sometimes I think "energy levels so low, must have high blood glucose" and readings are normal. its hosed. mate dont get diabetes it's not all it's cracked up to be
