I was cool with a New Years Six bowl at the start of the year so being able to take a picture of Georgia being 1/2 in a playoff ranking before a lovely team beats us is icing on the cake.

I don't care if you can argue Iowa State should be higher, Iowa State being ranked 15th in any playoff poll in any year is amazing.

I looked it up and Iowa was at 9 in the first playoff ranking in 2015 so I'm gonna stand by that as a comparison for Wisconsin. I thought they might be higher since theyre a more established brand at this point but if they win out I still think they'll be fine (hopefully they lose in 2 weeks and we never find out!)

I'm a pretty big Oklahoma homer but lolololol at us being the fifth best team in the country we're gonna lose one maybe two more games.

Wisconsin at 9 is fine, Hornibrook kind of loving sucks. Georgia looks fantastic and they have a better resume then Bama, they would still play bama in the SEC championship so I guess the bigger question is if both of them can make it

Very happy with #5. With our remaining schedule as long as we take care of business I believe we'll jump at least one of Clemson/ND/SEC loser. The only problem is that now we can't claim to be underrated or slighted. The chip is officially off Baker's shoulder. We're totally going to blow it in Stillwater this weekend.

I... don't know how to feel about 9th. On one hand, several one-loss teams are ahead of us. On the other, we face NO ONE who is ranked (or have faced). e: we may face Ohio State in the BTCG, but that's it. iospace fucked around with this message at 00:55 on Nov 1, 2017 |
