I imagine a scan job starting and the scanner bar sweeps across the deck and catching the little mouse, crushing it even as it drags the bloody body across. Tail quivering, blood flowing....

I only remember that particular quirk because during the code review my lead got confused at me just subtracting 31536000000 from a variable, so I added a definition in the header for msYear=365*24*60*60*1000; and used that instead.

Thankfully the language we use at my current job has a Date object with getYear and setYear methods.

You know, like sane people would use.

I'm soo happy with PowerShell.

Replace it with one of those ancient hand-held scanners that require three passes to scan a regular sheet of paper and then rely on software to stitch the scans together correctly. Try to line up you scan edges as close as possible and take at least 45 seconds to do each pass if you want it to be readable!

It's dreadful, I can't stand it.

My org has just over the last few monts migrated everything from on prem to O365, and implemented Teams, and wants everyone to use Teams. However, for reasons unclear even after talking to the people doing this, we also moved our SfB instance over and still have that live.

Nobody except our department (NOC) is actually using Teams, because SfB is less bad and more familiar.
