Have you tried getting good? Hitting 56 wont solve anything if your gear is garbage. If you cant grind in mediah your gear is poop. Get money bruh.

Welcome to Korea Also 108AP is low for Mediah. You'll feel better at 150+

From memory if you're still gearing up for the first time you pretty much want to go Catfishmen (south-west of Calephon) then Abandoned Iron Mine (west of Abun). Both of those places have less challenging mobs, good density and decent drops. Once you're comfortably geared for those places go slap around Manes for a while, then Elrics and eventually Sausans. Being able to kill and survive in an area isn't as important as your clear speed, so ideally you want lots of stuff you can chew through fast over things that take a while to kill. I'm skipping over Helms because I think the elites in Manes are easier for lower geared players than the AOE happy golems in Helms. By all means go there too, once you're comfortable with the place.

They semi-recently added some solid accessory drops to certain mediah areas. See here for details, although ignore the time estimate. I'd farm at abandoned iron mine first to get the asula neck, iron mine is the easiest of those 3 spots and you can avoid the elites if need be. The elites get killed by high level players fairly often anyway. Same with the golems at helms. Once you get the asula neck you can bounce back and forth between elrics and helms as you see fit till you finish up the rest of that accessory set. Lots of elrics spawn in the canyon of corruption south of elric shrine too, feel free to look there if elric shrine itself is camped. If elrics and helms are too slow to kill then you can do manes to hopefully get money and levels for a few upgrades and then try elrics and helms again.

59-60 isn't terrible, it's about 30 days of being consistent on the daily grind bonus iirc. 60 is still ok-ish but only about 1% per daily grind bonus. If you're on your first character, grind in Iron Mines for Asula neck, Helms for ring/earring, Elrics for belt. ParksAndRec has a bunch of casual Progress Quest'ers but we're not big/geared enough to fight in node wars yet. We have a few people who will go around and kick some nests to try to stir up some pvp but often times it results in pissing people off and then they permadec us but most of those guilds aren't terribly scary.

You can catch some good deals right before server resets. Just snagged a non-enchanted Nouver Ornamental Knot off the marketplace, no bid required. Of course I haven't touched my Dark Knight in ages and will need to re-gear it completely anyway so I'll just bank that for now

So I wonder who the gently caress thought it was a good idea to have a boss on a 9-12 hour spawn that might then decide to not even spawn in the server you're on. Velia2 had so many tired mad people early this morning.

If any of you are on the fence on whether or not to join Parks and Rec, just know that there are tons of jerks in this game and their tears are delicious. Tacos you're my hero. You gave me this present (sorry it's hard to read sometimes):        For clarification, if you karmabomb someone to kick them out of their spot so you can solo, that's a pretty dick move. Doing the reverse to keep your spot from someone trying to solo your spot makes you a hero in my book. Edit: I forgot to mention, this was after this guy killed me while I was gathering near Velia. Is it just me or has the game been pretty much unplayable the past couple of days? The lag has been insane and I just crashed out twice in ten minutes. I KNOW it's not my ISP because different games, as well as movies/streaming/other forms of media, work just fine.

Thats not entirely true, the game feeds you higher end gear more often and there are new budget gear thats better and cheaper than the old budget gear. Enhancing is absolutely poo poo still though
