Every loving day this week I say that, but it’s pretty much been everyday for the past couple of years. But this week, all that’s been on the breakfast shows here in the UK (I definitely don’t watch them, they just happen to be on as I’m getting ready for work) is sexual harassment/sexism “issues”. Some guy in parliament touching a woman’s knee and sending a text message. Single mothers not being able to get a career because of discrimination. Sexism in the workplace. Some woman saying women don’t use their sexuality for a gain. HA loving HA HA. And so on. It’s driving me loving insane. I try to ignore it I really do but gently caress me. It’s just one big trend, and don’t we all loving know a woman cannot resist a trend. This is what makes me want to fist my own ahole in fury. I don’t claim to know that much about Saudi Arabia or Sharia Law, but I’ve heard enough to say that women here and in other western countries that are constantly loving complaining about this nonsense don’t know they’re loving born. Have a day off for gently caress sake. Had to vent. Had to. Additional- gently caress that newsnight problem with men thing too. Slags.

I'm in a relationship. Let's just say she's pretty demanding. I put my heart and soul into it when I really can't afford to. I work in hospitality and allegedly not bad looking. So, on a nightly basis there are married women hitting on me. I also have the old reserve bench of girls showing interest, despite knowing about my relationship - including old friends who have fiances, husbands and whatnot. Their social media shows happy couples, dudes shelling out for holidays and for what? so their wives and girlfriends can cheat on them? Even as the potential beneficiary of their cheating I'm disgusted by this. I'm faithful to my girlfriend, but between her demanding and unappreciative nature and their lack of faith as examples I can't help but see a pattern emerging: the heartlessness and faithlessness and cold calculation on a daily basis, particularly in older girls and women. Girls seem to change men the same way we change jobs. There are certainly ways I can improve myself, but a lot of my girlfriend's criticisms are totally unfair. I come from a very poor background and have pulled myself up via the military to masters educated and working full time. I'm not shy about hard work. She has her rent and expenses paid by her folks. The tone deafness of her advice it is astounding. I'm a long time lurker of this sub, but it's become a comforting place to lean into the idea of eventual singledom where I have to admit, I'd have more money and happiness being on my own. I don't hate women. And there are certainly issues that men and women both face, but the idea that women alone face expectations from society when I see on a daily basis, men supporting them while they cheat and play victim, is just disheartening.

I work in an office and I had a window to the front of the building which is the entrance to most of the offices here. Everyday I start around 7:30 and i'm in the office while next door, their day starts around 8am. Obviously all the guys show up at 8 or just before and wait in their cars until the doors unlocked but guess who shows up at 8:30? Yes, the woman. Always with her starbucks coffee in hand and her very expensive sunglasses... I don't finish my work until around 6:30 and I see everyone leave around 5:00pm. A full workday but guess who leaves at 3:00? I don't know call me an rear end in a top hat for picking up on things like this but it does go to show. AWALT.

I would be really interested to know their answers to this proposed scenario: There is a village. Everyone in this village speaks the same language, with some small household-to-household variations (tomato/tom-a-toe). This language has some quirks, and no one is sure the etymology of some of the words or phases any longer, but the language allows these people to communicate with one another and exchange information--which is to say, it fulfills the purpose of a language with few and largely transitory challenges. Someone new moves to the village with the ostensible goal of forever becoming part of the village. This person does not speak the language of the village; this person speaks his own language. ("His" only for the purposes of clarity.) It's generally understood that people will move to the village, and that other languages may exist. The idea that there is a new arrival who communicates differently is not a novel idea to this community. Some members of the village are more eager to integrate the newcomer, and some are apathetic. However, every villager agrees that being able to communicate with this newcomer would be beneficial to the villagers and to the newcomer. Some members of the community approach the newcomer and try to communicate with him. These people are instructors, though their level of patience varies between individuals. They try to show him the language of the village. He refuses to learn anything of the village language from them. He ranges from apathetic to aggressive when instructors attempt to teach him. One by one, the instructors become discouraged and no longer try to teach him, until only one instructor remains. This instructor ("she" for clarity) arrives at the conclusion that she must learn the newcomer's language. From that position, he will have at least one person who is able to understand his language and communicate on his behalf as an intermediary. She may then also perhaps be able to teach him the language of the village, or at least enough key words and phrases for him to communicate the most essential information to other villagers. She tries to learn his language by listening intently to him. She then attempts some of the words herself. He will not acknowledge whether she is correct or incorrect. He is at beast apathetic, and at worst aggressive when she attempts to use his language. She does not have any means to gauge how well she is learning his language and how many of the words, if any, are correct or incorrect. There is no perceptible pattern to when he will fail to respond as opposed to respond negatively. The only notion she is able to accurately perceive is that he believes his language is superior to her language in some way. Sorry, as this has probably been discussed before in this thread. But when Incels are obsessing about their/Chad's looks, they seem to zero in on tiny details whilst ignoring the overall impression of "handsomeness", or simple "attractive". The jaw must be at X angle to the chin. The eyes must be no further than Ymm apart and no less than Zmm. The wrists must be thick, etc. By focusing on teh details they miss the whole picture. Also it is always the same details, they never complain about having overly/underly hairy eyebrows, or defined/undefined cheek bones etc. What made them pick Jaw, Wrist, and Nasolabial folds, (I still don't know exactly what that means), over other details?
