I do not chase popularity - there are others hotter, but so far nothing matches the overwhelming brutality of the ghost pepper the cheese was legit...not like 1.7m scoville or anything, but I'd say it was 2-3x hotter than any habanero pepper jack I've had which is just about right imho. On the burger was also a sweet chili sauce iirc (was drunk) which paired PERFECTLY in terms of contrast any nuance of the meat was totally  ed but of course you kind of have to expect that with a ghost pepper cheese burg
