The new Mario game just keeps getting better. The different mechanics of the boss fights has been cool and I just got to the city which is an overwhelmingly huge map. So much to explore.

There any good games on Switch besides Mario and Zelda? I got BotW on Wii U already.

There's a bunch of indy games people like. Splatoon is good if you like quick little shooter matches and looking at squid memes. Mario Rabbids is apparently a very solid X-com-esque game. Mario Kart is the Wii U Mario Kart. I think that's about it for first party games.

Also if you are a fan of old Point and Click adventure games. Thimbleweed Park is really good, it was made by Ron Gilbert, the guy who made Monkey Island and Maniac Mansion.

I think the ps4 gets the majority of indy releases as well. But it looks like Xenonlade Chronicles 2 is coming out as well. My urge to buy one rises. You could say I'm really feeling it.

His name is Martin Ramsey He’s basically all about - banning air bnb and slowing down the construction of hotels - free bus fare for hospitality workers (this is a huge problem in Asheville) - taking money from the police and giving it to public health workers (Asheville has tons of drug addicts and homeless) - telling the nc general assembly to suck it - and uh getting rid of downtown green spaces for...reasons

I voted today for mayor of my bog-standard New England suburb. Not really an easy decision as it was the incumbent neolib careerist Dem who's kind of an rear end but hasn't been doing that bad of a job, vs somewhat leftier state representative who puts his voting record up on his website and was repeatedly attacked by dogs while canvassing. Ended up deciding to vote against neolib mayor when Charlie Baker endorsed him. At this point I'm highly suspicious of anyone Republicans approve of. City needs to spend $260 mil on a new high school soon but that's not on the ballot until March. It's either that or spend $197 mil to renovate the 60-year-old shitass school which will probably only last 15 more years even with that. I get the impression that the town is deadlocked on this which just goes to show you that people are really loving stupid.
