You could always just play through the 7 hour campaign and then jump on the 24 hour refund. If you have time to sit on the phone.

We were paying a firm in Australia to handle the install & support of our product to a client down there and we knew what the payments were going to be. So we bought AUD with USD for delivery 8 months down the line in order to lock in our costs. We knew our costs for the project was then USD xx,xxx no matter what the currency did in that time. I don't know if we saved or lost vs not hedging, but the point was to reduce a risk & uncertainty. We didn't take out a loan to do it.

Wife really enjoys the Uncharted, Tomb Raider, and Assassins Creeds games for some reason. Origins is pretty darned good, although there's a lot there. They've grabbed some bits of Witcher 3 and Shadow of Mordor to make it less formulaic AssCreed, and the environments are top notch if you have an even passing like of Egyptian history. Accurate it is not, but the various quests are a lot less rigid, so escort quests are actually doable, and I've not really hit a block yet, apart from picking up a quest that I was four levels too low for; just wandered off, levelled and came back to the bit of the quest I was failing. Loot boxes appear from a vendor and are fairly pricey, and give a random weapon. You can also upgrade weapons you like to bring them up to your level, meaning that gold is a limiting factor, but it's literally everywhere, and you can hunt. Combat, you can style. Bunch of different weapon types available, with keeping two ready, so you can go in as a heavy with an axe or mace, or rely on a dodge game with a slightly lighter weapon, like dual blades or a kopesh. Positioning matters, and they'll attempt to flank you. The stealth game does allow you to stack guys in a bush, but there's some depth as it unlocks tools and abilities. The writing is actually pretty solid. I mean, there's only so many ways you can go with the brooding anti-hero, but so far the quests have been pretty good. It's definitely content-rich as well. One nice bit is that a little way along with throw out some bounty hunters who will attack you on sight, usually at a higher level than you. They also respond to attacks on encampments or calls for help by the guard, which adds a bit of a time element. Occasional bits of slowdown when you hit Alexandria (on PS4), but it's a solid piece of work that is quite impressive. I'll admit that the last rear end Creed I played much of was Black Flag, but the combat here feels more engaging and timing based. I've lost fights because I was dumb or not watching my back, rather than being cheesed. Wall of words to say that Origins has impressed me. Edit: Shoot everything in the mouth SpaceCurtisLeMay posted:I don't know if we saved or lost vs not hedging, but the point was to reduce a risk & uncertainty. So what you are saying is that you don't understand currency development. Look you Derpit Shurt testicle I'll explain it in a way you can understand. CIG borrowed a bunch of money and then later there was a change in the value of a currency that one of their 20 shell companies uses. Obviously these two things are connected because it makes CIG look good which proves Star Citizen is real. You can take your talk of markets and futures and costs and hedging and go back to Doottoot Shaboops.

He tried to impress ol' boss man and it bit him in the rear end when the ozzie tanked before the project was complete.

Because for the life of me I thought these things were SUPPOSED to be fun. It's not working. They can't make it work. People in authority above them are dishing out punishments for not making it work. Sooner or later, people start thinking it'll work if they hurt their enemies. They've already ground through filthy refunders, insufficently committed fellow believers, and spies/sabotage from Big Publishing. Now they're down to members of their own elite super-loyal testing group who don't obey orders. Surely if they punish these people hard enough, Star Citizen will start being good and Chris will stop yelling at them.

Why it’s like that one scene where my hero was in Star Citizen, and he looked at that guy and said And later on he was going to the Where he And then I was all omg I cannot believe that happened in this video game I am going to pattern my life around this moment and post it inauspiciously to twitter!
